6月6日入住麗晶酒店的家庭房，孩子備戰高考，預訂好了以後加了值班經理的微信，經理特別重視也特別貼心，説需要什麼就備註好微信給她，入住前一天告知了房間號，知道是高考生入住，6日讓我們提前入住了，房間打掃的乾淨整潔，從大廳的男士服務員到入住後打掃房間的每一位服務人員都特別好，前台的張辛宇也特別好，對顧客有耐心，態度好，很體貼，大家見到孩子都會説祝孩子金榜題名，一句簡單的祝福卻很暖心，這次入住體驗感特別好，退房時張辛宇還貼心的送給孩子和我一份小禮物，滿滿的祝福，特別滿意，尤其感謝經理和張辛宇，我會給親戚朋友推薦麗晶酒店，環境，衞生，服務，設施都是棒棒噠👍謝謝麗晶酒店的全體工作人員！

五一的北京，地段最重要。可以走着去故宮，7 歲的娃也堅持下來了。早餐品種還行，味道不錯。當中換了一次房，出門前行李整理好，回來時直接前台拿房卡，行李已經在新的房間了，滿意。但是遇到突發的爆水管事件，影響幾個樓面的用水，應急預案不是很及時，退房的時候表達了不滿，也妥善反饋了。
