The room is on the 8th floor, there was a smell in the room, which seemed to have eaten into the carpet. We were offered to consider a room in another tower, due to circumstances we refused. The feeling from the room is that it is quite old. The owner immediately answered all questions in WeChat, there were no problems with communication. They changed towels every day. Overall it's ok, but next time we will consider another option.

The room is spacious as shown in the review. All equipment is usable. It is very convenient to wash clothes and hang them out. It dries quickly because the air in Beijing is very dry.
The big disadvantage is the smell of cigarette smoke because Chinese people smoke in the room. We have to open the window to let the smell out all the time.
The agent who took care of us was very very very good. He answered quickly and helped us with everything. He found a car and a ticket. He was really good.

✔ Luxury Apartment-Style Living – My room was huge, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine, ultra-comfy king bed, and a sleek modern bathroom. Felt like a 5-star serviced apartment!
✔ Exceptional Value – For the space and location, the price was much more reasonable than nearby hotels. Perfect for long stays, families, or business travelers.
✔ Outstanding Service – The staff were friendly, professional, and responsive, helping with everything from early check-in to taxi bookings.
✔ Peaceful & Quiet – Despite being in a central area, the soundproofing was excellent—no noise disturbances at all.
Minor Note (Not a Problem):
No on-site restaurant, but with so many delivery options and nearby cafes, it wasn’t an issue.
