第二次來了，依舊很好，很滿意酒店的服務，積極主動，我還沒説就知道我想要什麼了，感謝flora經理給免費我升級了房型，升級以後的房型大很多，地毯乾淨，總體都很舒適的

非常熱情，細心周到 退房時東西遺落也第一時間聯繫到我！全程一對一的熱情服務👍
房間實際比照片還好看，佈置的很合理設施也很新，寶寶很喜歡他自己的小天地，衞生也非常乾淨整潔沒有異味，而且管理很好不在酒店入住的客人是不允許上房間樓層的，外賣也是由酒店機器人進行配送，這一點還是讓人挺安心的，喜歡 這是我第二次入住 ，考慮暑假還會再來～

挺好的，包括早餐，位置，停車都不錯，唯一缺點就是某一側離高鐵和快速路比較近，晚上能聽到噪音，建議酒店加強玻璃隔音

第一次在攜程給差評，極差，差得不得了。房間衞生搞得還行，設施有些老舊了（事實評價） 服務就別説了，壓根就沒有服務這個説法吧（打前台電話不接，打多次接了還是處理不好）房間格局小，（燒水壺都不能燒熱水）想喝口熱水前台説衹有一樓大堂飲水機裏才有，自己下去接。還有就是房間充電線也沒有，手機都充不了，電視也看不了，來搞了幾次都沒搞好，説那就別看了，然後就是 前後打電話，來房間多躺，打擾有餘，很糟糕的一次住店，忘貴店改進。

基本來常州出差都是住郵輪酒店，位置很好，開車過來很容易就找到了，下了高速就到了，免去了市區擁堵路段。這兩天常州下雨，不方便出去，附近也可以坐地鐵，晚上吃飯就到環球港商場，也是蠻方便的。flora經理每次來，基本上都會碰到，非常熱情的打招呼[呲牙]
房間不錯，衞生情況良好，温度適宜。
