A young girl at the front desk helped us, very enthusiastic. The first floor was full of people drinking, playing billiards, having fun, very lively, and really very social. If you are a college student, this place is very suitable. Their style is also like a student apartment. If you are a family with the elderly, you may not have that kind of hotel experience. There is a bus nearby, three stops to the old city, two stops to the train station. There are pubs and restaurants in the hotel. Apart from that, there are almost no commercial entities nearby, but it will be relatively quiet. The old city is full of people.

Since there is no 18-square-meter room available on the website, I booked an executive room of 20 square meters. I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and this is the fourth night. The hotel staff said that I don’t need to move and can just stay in the same room. This hotel does not distinguish between room sizes. It is up to the user to book a cheaper room.

the hotel is clean, modern and has good location as the tram is right outside.
everything was great except that all my jewellery were stolen while i left my room to roam around the city. all my jewellery was worth at least Eur 3,000. i left them in a box which was placed in my luggage since there was no safe in my room. but when i came back to the room after a whole day out, all the jewellery were gone. the hotel managers were helpful initially, saying they would investigate and compensate me for my loss. but after i gave them all the receipts and credit card transactions of those items which were stolen from me, the managers just ignored my emails despite me trying to ask them for any updates on the progress of my case. at the very least, they could show me the cctv and allowed me to talk to the cleaner/staffs entering my room while i was away but that didn’t happen. i dont even know what is going on now that im already back to my home country, and the hotel did not even bother to update me anything even though they promised to investigate and compensate. hopefully, someone fm the hotel could see this and get back to me please! im honestly traumatised, nvr expected that my stuffs could be stolen right inside my room in a reputable hotel.
