Imperial Hotel

The accommodation is very bad, musty, the air conditioner is not cool in the whole building. Went with friends, 5 rooms, not cool in any room. Informed since the first day, some rooms were changed, some rooms were left, endured the heat, changed rooms, but it was hot because the problem was the whole building.. endured sleeping for 3 nights out of the 5 night reservation because they said they would fix the problem, the other 2 nights moved hotels, couldn't stand it, the air conditioner only had wind, made the room damp, the blanket was all damp, informed the hotel all the time, they didn't fix it, fixed it by bringing a fan to turn on.. the manager is also bad, we will ask for a refund to move hotels, said no refund, if not satisfied, go report to the police.. so we moved, not staying here, the hotel is terrible, musty, very old.. the room is dirty, everything is bad.. they don't clean the room, only collect the blanket, the floor is not cleaned, very confused, extremely dirty.

The room was very good and very satisfactory.

酒店位置方便, 近尖沙咀地鐵站, 但房間比較小及比較舊, 房間看上還算整潔, 相比價錢略貴, 可算是性價比偏低。
