Toy Story Hotel

The shuttle service to Disneytown was frequent and short journey. Do not have to worry about the rides' availability. However, some of my rides were stuffy as the air conditioning was not switched on. The hotel should ensure the bus driver switches on the air con always. This affects customer experience. The advance park entry benefit was awesome, but the bus drop-off process could be better managed. It was chaotic and long queue right after alighting from the bus. We were not instructed to queue up after alighting for the early park entry. The room cleaning staff were nice and welcoming. Honestly, we felt more welcoming by them than at the lobby. We were approached by many unknown strangers asking whether we have exhausted our benefit to purchase exclusive disney merchandise at the hotel store every day. I feel the hotel security probably needs to step up in this area to ensure the safety of the hotel guests since there were so many children around. Overall, I think the stay was still fine..room was clean and quiet. The checkout process was efficient and fast. From price point, it's still a good alternative as compared to disney hotel.
