酒店環境很不錯，大堂裏擺了引人注目的蝴蝶蘭，LiLy小姐姐接待也很熱情，給贈送了飲品券，點外賣也可以用機器人給送上來，免費的宵夜更是超乎預期，性價比很高

地理位置很好，很喜歡，周邊生活很方便，房間有老派上海的感覺，雖然不大但是住着蠻舒服的，當然還是有些小細節有待提升，比如窗簾和充電插座互相影響等。

美豪麗致酒店，地理位置絕佳，距離週邊各景點，美羅城，徐家匯公園，武康大樓，上海圖書館都不遠，步行就可抵達。

設施：
酒店還是有點老了，外觀看着還是比較上檔次，大廳也明亮整潔，來的時候正值梅雨季，有門廊感覺很好。
房間內智能化設施差了一點，一個是燈光沒有總控，淋浴的分水器鬆動了很容易被水壓彈開可能會有安全隱患。
衞生：
很不錯，酒店舊歸舊但是比較乾淨
環境：
酒店位置特別好，步行可達徐家匯，樓下拐個彎就有很多麪包店和咖啡店，很適合來上海想打卡老上海街區的朋友，下次來還會入住。
服務：
Lily服務很周到，贈送了延遲退房、飲品券和伴手禮❤️

這個酒店的問題非常大，無論是設施環境還是管理團隊服務人員
1️⃣白蟻氾濫
一開始給我安排的房間是2406，白天沒發現白蟻問題，到晚上房間開燈後，突然發現一個小小的十幾平米的空間出現6-7隻白蟻，在燈帶和空調出風口盤旋，簡直可怕。不理解一個四星酒店，為什麼會放任白蟻問題，24樓不算低了，這麼多衹白蟻從哪裡來的，保潔又是怎麼打掃的房間
2️⃣前台極其不專業
發現白蟻問題後，我馬上聯繫酒店前台，前台安排保潔確認白蟻問題，並告訴我可以直接換房間。但是，保潔上來確認確實有白蟻問題後，就沒下文了。我至少在白蟻亂飛的房間等了10分鐘，期間打死了3隻白蟻，等不到人來安排換房間，無奈提着行李自己去一樓大堂換房間。前台可能沒有帶腦子來上班，給我換到1315房間，還給我開了房卡！等我提着行李走到1315房間門口，發現1315是有人住的，門口還有別人吃的外賣垃圾。笑死……有人住的房間是怎麼開出房卡的我請問，入住的安全性私密性怎麼保證。
3️⃣員工沒有同理心，建議開除
我投訴白蟻問題，前台的表情一言難盡，嬉皮笑臉，笑嘻嘻的跟我説，這個白蟻問題她也沒辦法。完全沒有考慮我作為住客，被滿屋子亂飛的白蟻嚇到，被她不專業的行為折騰的我提着行李樓上樓下的跑，心情已經極度不爽。並且，這位前台在11點多敲開我的房門，非要讓值班經理跟我溝通道歉，我不理解，有什麼事不能明天説，11點已經很晚了，不會打擾我休息嗎。簡直自以為是。
不會再住，永久差評。
也請這些酒店認真教育自己的員工，整改環境，對得起4星的評級。
