* Location (Central to every where)
* Great view (Riverview from 8th floor was excellent)
Cons
* Run-down room (room seems old and not maintained well. Even had a cockroach)
* Interrupted sleeps (windows are thin and not blocking street noise. Kept on waking up to police and fire brigade sirens)

It’s definitely dated. But our 3 bedroom apartment was huge and perfect for a large group of friends. Highly recommend!

It looks old from the outside but the room is spacious, comfortable, has a kitchen and full utensils so you can buy food to cook yourself, very convenient. Only the bed in the master bedroom is too small, 3 people are quite cramped.
The location is quite close to the supermarket and central locations as well as bus or train stations so it is very convenient to move around.
Next time I visit Gold Coast, I will book this hotel again.
