Our stay was pleasant and service was excellent. We turned up early to attend a convention nearby and they allowed us to check in early. All amenities were clean, but the walls are thin and we were woken to kids screaming early next door / in halls. Overall, would recommend and visit again.

This is my third time staying at Crowne Plaza. The experience is great. The front desk is very friendly and handles problems promptly. The room is very clean and the balcony view is great. The hotel breakfast is very rich. I like the hotel's swimming pool very much, which is very design-oriented. There is a light rail downstairs, which is very convenient to go anywhere, and you can also walk to the beach. The only drawback is that the hotel's washing machine and dryer are old-fashioned and require coins, which can be exchanged at the front desk. Overall, I am very satisfied!
