Outside was cold i called housekeeping to address the problem of heater they came 1 hr late and she was explaining me over the phone how to fix the problem. Secondly it was surprising that in 4star hotel there’s al water is chargeable and reception don’t know what is chauffer service. Very disappointing experience in 4star hotel.

The front desk staff Simone had a very bad service attitude and was not proficient in business operations. We booked two rooms but they insisted that we only booked one. It took more than half an hour to check in.

Overall it's very good. The restaurant design is very beautiful. Eataly is opposite the hotel and it's very nice to visit. I went there with my dog. The hotel provided sleeping mats and dog bowls for the dog, but the dog bowl was so dirty that it couldn't be used. Other than that, it's highly recommended.
