Hotel in posizione a dir poco centralissima. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Victoria in particolare è stata super. Ci hanno consigliato cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come muoverci. Super consigliato. Ottima la colazione e la stanza. Rapporto qualità prezzo a dir poco spettacolare

Zu erst das Positive. 1. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. 2.Das Frühstück war essbar. 3.Die Lage direkt im Zentrum. Wir haben ein Zimmer gebucht mit Bad für zwei Personen zum Preis von 135,00 Euro die Nacht inklusives spartanischen Frühstück. Das Hotel /Pension ist mächtig in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer für 2 Nächte war ca 9 Quadrat Meter inklusiv Bad groß. Das Zimmer war auch in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Wohlfühlen konnte man sich nicht. Diese Pension ist nur für hartgesortene zu empfehlen. Hat den Charm einer Jugendherberge in den 70 Jahren.

Emplacement très central, proche de tous les centres d'intérêts à pieds. Pension un peu vieillotte mais accueil et service très sympathiques. Chambre et petit-déjeuner corrects. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Excellent location in the center of Vienna, view of the beautiful piazza from the room. Room was a good size for 3 people (2 twin beds and sleeper sofa). Front desk and breakfast staff were so helpful and nice. Breakfast choices were ok, not a big variety.

Spesso a Vienna per i concerti, scopro questo hotel vicino al Loos Bar… Perfetto in tutto!! Accoglienza, servizi, camera comoda e accogliente, servizio transfer dall’aeroporto in auto tra i più economici a Vienna!!! Insomma da oggi sarà il mio hotel preferito a Vienna( se troverò disponibilità …)!

Geniale Lage, Hotel alt, Zimmer ok, Badezimmer winzig, Wände extrem hellhörig, Betten waren ok für paar Tage, Frühstück ausreichend, aber schlechtes Brot und Filterkaffee. An der Rezeption war eine extrem unfreundliche Dame ( Schicht 25.Dezember, Vormittag). Bei 4 Nächten wurde nicht ein mal staubgesaugt. Für das was war, war der Preise zu hoch.

在這裏入住三晚，位置非常好市區主要景點步行可達。 家庭房內有一張雙人床和兩張單人床，房間整體還算乾淨，但衞生間很小，衹夠一人轉身，前是洗手池、後是馬桶、左是衞生間門、右是浴缸，洗澡要站在浴缸裏，為了水不飛濺安裝了可移動的一個玻璃圍擋，但你需要掌握一些“技巧”才能確保衞生間不水漫金山… 早餐整體就是冷餐，麪包、切片肉、各種奶酪和果醬，兩三種水果，對於早餐習慣吃飽飽的我也足夠吃飽，並覺得還可以。 前兩天入住體驗都不錯，服務人員都很好，見面問好面帶笑容，直到最後一天早餐，在餐廳的一位亞裔女士，30分鐘內到我們這桌問了三次“Everything is ok? ”第一次還會覺得貼心，但第二次開始就讓人有種覺得被冒犯的感覺，因為她不問其他桌的客人，衹徑直走到我們這桌，且臉上沒有任何笑容，透着一股“找事”的味道，出於禮貌我們微笑迴應，但這反倒縱容了她，到最後她看我們盤子空了直接走過來開始收盤子… 出行這麼多次為數不多的感覺受到了歧視，尤其被同是亞洲人的歧視。希望這家酒店的管理人員看到這個評論，關心一下該員工是否近來有什麼不開心，生活是自己的，不開心不應該帶到工作中讓別人不愉快，更何況你還是位服務人員。

An antique looking Hotel in a very central location in the central Vienna. Very friendly and helpful front desk and as well a very quick service by the plumber in the late evening. All are good. Yes, pillow was one but I could manage with a folded blanket along with it ;) What was missing are hot water kettle in the room and variations in the breakfast.
