Facilities are so old. The hotel is huge but only few people are staying. It’s a bit creepy staying inside the room. Breakfast provides many choices, that’s the good side of it

It’s such a terrible experience staying in a hotel where doesn’t offer room service or coffee during the noon time. Customers are required to book breakfast or dinner in advance. I went through two afternoons starving to die, one day was the marathon day, I was totally burned out after the race and I returned to hotel around 1:30pm asking the front desk people for ordering foods. So absurd that they said all restaurants are closed and no room service until 6pm. I was suggested to go to convenient store nearby but it’s more than 1.5km from hotel. Also, the hotel doesn’t offer shuttle bus or limousine to customers, where the hotel located at a quiet outskirt area….
Re the room, it’s a bit old but acceptable. But the balcony should have light.
I couldn’t complain much about the communication issue in Japan, but would expect the front desk people are unable to speak at simple English….
In conclusion, the view and environs are great there but I am afraid that I would not visit this hotel again, just too risky if you are sick and starving during the vacation😭😭😭

It's a historic hotel, but it was well-maintained and wonderful.
You can enjoy the sand baths on-site, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is relatively old, the corridors have a musty smell, and the room furnishings are old, but the space is sufficient. We had roasted meat for dinner. The portions of the set menu were sufficient. There were many kinds of breakfast. The food quality was very good.
The pool is very good.
The staff are generally friendly and courteous.
The fireworks at night are spectacular.

This hotel is right on the beach. You have to take a taxi to get there after getting off Ibusuki Station.
Disadvantages: Although the hotel is large, it is a bit old, probably because of the sea breeze blowing all the time, and the overall feeling is a bit deserted;
Advantages: There is a tourist bus at the door. You can take the tourist bus directly in front of the hotel to Nagasaki. Just pay attention to the time of the tourist bus. It leaves every 2 hours. If you miss it, it will be very troublesome.
Surprise: We purchased a sea view room, so it was really beautiful to see the sea view when we woke up in the morning. Then he complained again, such a beautiful sea, why should nuclear weapons be discharged?
The sea view is really beautiful, and the Nagasaki nose photo is beautiful!
